Returns & Refund Policy

At ButterCo, we maintain strict hygiene and quality control standards for all our products. As a result:

• All orders are final — we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is delivered.

• However, if your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition or appears to be missing any item(s), we encourage you to contact us at contact@butterco.in. Our team will review your case and assist you to the best of our ability.

⚠️ Please Note: To process any claims related to missing, broken, or tampered products, a clear uncut open-box delivery video is mandatory. Claims without valid video proof will not be considered.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order by sending an email to contact@butterco.in with your order number.

• Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.
